1- Do you ship internationally?
Currently we offer delivery only within UAE. We are working towards building shipping network into Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. We will notify our customer once we start shipping outside UAE.
2- How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping normally takes 1-3 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders.

Ordering
1- How do I place an order at bundlebees.store?
It's quite simple to place an order at bundlebees.store. All you have to do is add items to your cart and click the "check out" button. No account creation or registration is necessary. We simply need the information necessary to deliver your products to you quickly and easily! However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
2- Can I place an order over the phone or WhatsApp?
At the present, orders may only be placed online. However, our crew works really hard to make the procedure quick and straightforward by guiding you via chat or Whatsapp!
3- What if I change my mind after the order has been placed?
Everyone has occasional change of heart. After placing your order, if you decide you no longer want a product, you can easily contact our customer care staff, and they will handle the situation.
4- Can I completely cancel my order?
If you choose to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Please note that cancellations can only be processed before your order is ready for shipping.
5- Will I receive confirmation that my order has been successfully placed?
Absolutely! We prioritize keeping you updated every step of the way during your ordering journey. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. When your items are prepared for shipment, we’ll notify you via email that your order is complete, indicating that it’s packed and ready to be passed on to the shipping company.
6- I placed an order but forgot to include my address/special instructions. What should I do?
Relax and await our call. When we reach out to you to finalize your order, feel free to share any updates, and we’ll make the necessary changes. If you prefer not to wait, no problem at all! 1- How do I know if a product is in stock?
We only sell things that we physically have in stock in our warehouse and store, unlike many other eCommerce websites. If a product appears to be backordered, it indicates that we have a backup plan to deliver the item to you as soon as possible. For confirmation of quantity orders and backorder delivery times, you can always reach our team on WhatsApp. If the product is not in backorder state, you can just relax at home for our prompt delivery service.
2- I'm not able to find a product. What should I do?
We strive to provide the most up-to-date products on the market. If you happen to be searching for something that isn’t available on bundlebees.store, please reach out to us.
