Warranty
Warranty of branded products will be under the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
For items covered under the BB Warranty, repairs will be conducted at our authorized service centers. Once a complaint is registered, we will arrange for the product to be picked up. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
In the event of a warranty claim, items will be collected and sent to the appropriate service centers. This process typically takes between 7 to 15 days, depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of spare parts.
To facilitate the repair and return of your item, the authorized repair vendor will require your contact information. We will share your name, email address, and return address with them, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection laws regarding this information. Your contact details will only be provided to the repair vendor as necessary for the repair service.
Our warranty policy ensures you are protected against defects in materials, design, and workmanship after your purchase. When you buy a product, you can view the specific warranty details on its product page. Warranty coverage is limited to repairing defective products or issuing a refund for the purchase price. Please note that all electronic items must be unboxed before they can be sent for warranty service.
Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. If your product cannot be repaired while still under warranty, we will provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund. Not all products come with warranty coverage, so please check the product listing for warranty details.
The customer acknowledges that all information provided during the warranty claim process is accurate.
Warranty will be void on below circumstances
Physical damages to the device because of improper usage
Damages from liquid exposure
Product tampering due to third party/self-repair attempt
Note:
1)Items that are damaged, missing parts, missing box, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to bundlebees store will not be eligible for warranty claims.
2)For electronic devices that have your personal data stored, it is very important that you back up any files and remove any passwords before sending them for repair; otherwise, the approved repair vendor may not be able to repair your device or wipe all the information. You may also want to erase your saved personal information from the item.
